1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the he999 website located at https://he999.net (the "Platform"), or by registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the he999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the he999 Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. he999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file, and the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and he999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the he999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with local regulations before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of he999, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from the he999 Platform.

Age Verification Process

he999 enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID — either a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid Bangladesh passport. he999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during your use of the Platform. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and any balance held in escrow pending resolution.

he999 takes its 18+ obligation seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds, and conduct an investigation. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features on the he999 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and live betting — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

Registration Requirements

• You may hold only one (1) active account on the he999 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended and all balances being forfeited.
• The personal information you provide during registration (name, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number) must match the details on your government-issued ID. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your email address and contact number — up to date. he999 is not liable for account or payment issues arising from outdated contact information.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your he999 account is for your personal use only and must not be operated by or shared with any other person.

KYC & Identity Documents

he999 may request one or more of the following documents as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process: a colour copy of your Bangladesh NID or passport (front and back), a selfie photograph holding your ID, recent proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number matching the one on your he999 account).

Verification documents submitted to he999 are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All documents are handled securely and used solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and complying with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have notified he999 of a suspected security breach. In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via the live chat facility available on the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the he999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). he999 does not apply currency conversion charges on transactions processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad, and ৳500 via Rocket.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your he999 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• he999 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your he999 account.
• he999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, sourced from criminal activity, or in violation of the payment provider's own terms of service.
• Deposited funds are held separately from he999's operational funds. Your balance is available for wagering and withdrawal at any time, subject to verification status and any applicable withdrawal processing time.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. he999 will not transfer funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad, and 1–2 business days for bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). he999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals made from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal.

Anti-Money-Laundering

he999 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities. he999 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

he999 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, and reward incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general bonus terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. he999 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live casino games, slots, and specialty games may contribute different percentages toward meeting a wagering requirement. Game-specific contribution rates are published on the promotion detail page.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• A player may hold only one active deposit bonus at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically trigger a new bonus unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value outside of the wagering process.
• he999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already in active wagering progress at the time of the change.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited betting patterns, or hedging bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and permanent account suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity — including cricket betting, live casino play, slot games, and specialty games — conducted on the he999 Platform. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform.

General Wagering Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. he999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on the part of the Platform.
• he999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data-feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the player's account balance in full.
• he999 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account, market, or game at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• In the event of a disputed outcome — including cricket match results, live dealer rulings, or slot game payouts — the he999 adjudication team will conduct an investigation using available records, including game logs, video footage (for live casino), and third-party data feeds (for sports). The decision of the he999 adjudication team is final and binding.

Cricket Betting

he999 offers live and pre-match betting markets on Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, and other major international cricket tournaments. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or BCCI). In the event that a match is abandoned, interrupted, or declared void by the governing body, he999 will apply its standard abandonment settlement rules, which are published in full in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform.

Live Casino & Slot Games

Live casino games at he999 are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules governing each live game are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. he999 is not responsible for any service interruption caused by the game provider's technical infrastructure. Slot games are provided by NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, and other certified studios. RTP percentages for all slot games are displayed within the game information panel and represent the theoretical long-term return — they are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the he999 Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or impersonating another individual during registration or at any point during account use.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one he999 account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's details.
• Bonus Abuse: Using strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms — including arbitrage betting, matched betting across multiple accounts, or deliberate loss accumulation to trigger cashback incentives.
• Money Laundering: Using the he999 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to cycle funds through the Platform without genuine wagering intent.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including any involvement in match-fixing or spot-fixing activities in cricket or any other sport offered on the Platform.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-scraping tools, or any software designed to access the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human interaction, including automated betting systems unless expressly approved in writing by he999.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in respect of funds deposited to your he999 account. Any balance associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be frozen pending investigation.
• Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward he999 support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close a he999 account in accordance with the following terms.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your he999 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. Your personal data will be retained in accordance with the he999 Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention obligations.

Suspension or Closure by he999

he999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by he999.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, after which he999 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 to the dormant balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming harmful may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt by the he999 support team. During the self-exclusion period, the player's account is fully suspended — no deposits, no betting, and no marketing communications will be permitted.
